This page is to assist all involved with having your vehicle booked in at the right place at the right time, whether it be standard maintenance or sorting an issue. If you are experiencing an issue with your vehicle, we do apologise and endeavour to have it remedied as soon as possible. Please let us know what weekdays suit or don’t suit you when booking in your vehicle, we will always do our best to work around you.

For us to help you correctly, please give us as much information as possible and we will be in touch promptly!
Our workshop manager will assess the information you have supplied us and ring you with a solution or just some good advice.
The Trade In Post prides itself on customer satisfaction and while we may not always be able to financially help with an older claim, we will always be able to advise and guide you to the best result possible. Our assessment is done with your best interest in mind and we are here to help.
Please be accepting to emails from us so we can track information both to and from you. There will be times where we advise dropping your vehicle to another location for speed and assurance, this will be advised at the time via email.
Need a Loan Car?
If you need a loan car for the day, it may be available with your booking. The cost is $25 per day, which goes towards the insurance, depreciation and fuel costs we incur while using our vehicle. We understand this might not always be the ideal answer, but it does cost us a lot to maintain these vehicles for your use. If you have any issue with this, please bring it up before accepting or dropping off your vehicle.
